Please join us on Saturday, September 12th at Great Spirit for our next meeting, a presentation and demonstration on a traditional Cherokee food: Kanuchi

Kanuchi (also pronounced "ga-na-tsi", ᎦᎾᏥ) is rich hickory nut soup often eaten in the fall. Cherokee Chef, Taelor Barton, will lead us in a demonstration on preparing this traditional food as well as a presentation on Cherokee Traditional foods. Details below:
